Print at 100% / Actual size. Then measure the 100 mm ruler on the printed sheet: it measured mm

Type what the ruler actually measured and the cards rescale so a reprint is exact (some printers shrink the page a few %). Repeat once if it's still off. A CR80 card is 54 × 85 mm, the size of a standard NFC card.
